History, Tradition, Art & Family

Our company has a rich history, with Terrazzo flooring installations all over Los Angeles, Hollywood, The San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys, and other major locations across California, and the United States in general.

If you see an old Terrazzo floor, or design, somewhere in LA, chances are they were installed by Consolidated Terrazzo Company. We didn’t do all of them, however. There were also a few other Terrazzo companies in LA that contributed their craftsmanship in putting Terrazzo on the US map. All of these early companies, including Consolidated Terrazzo Company, introduced the Italian Fine Art of Terrazzo to the United States.

One of our biggest, and proudest, achievements was being awarded the contract to build The Hollywood Walk Of Fame in the 1950s, and all the stars within it. My great grandfather, grandfather, uncle, father, and, later on, myself, were amongst the installers. No one else can lay claim to that. It’s a HUGE part of our legacy, which we are very proud of.
